Phlebotomy & Specimen Collection
HarmoniCare provides mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection, including blood draws and urine collection, delivered conveniently at your home or facility.

DNA Testing
HarmoniCare provides mobile DNA collection services in a discreet and convenient setting, with results processed by accredited laboratory partners.
Important Notice:
We do not collect specimens on clients who are under hospice/ home care.
HarmoniCare will not collect any specimens without a doctors order.
HarmoniCare under no circumstances will share any client information to an unauthorized person.

HarmoniCare LLC does NOT bill ANY Insurance companies for our service. The fee we require is our charge to travel to you or your loved one and provide our mobile phlebotomy services. Payment is due on the date of service. For any reason the client is not seen on scheduled date a refund will be processed as long as we have not traveled to the location.

No. The travel fee is not covered by insurance and is billed separately.

The travel fee is calculated based on the distance between your location and our service area.

If HarmoniCare makes the mistake you will not be charged an additional fee. If Lab makes mistake that decision will be made on a case by case basis if fee is charged it will be discounted.

To book a service, either you or your healthcare provider can fax or email your lab order to our office. Once received, a team member will contact you to confirm the appointment.

We provide services for individuals of all ages (from infancy to geriatric).
